Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During busy periods (e.g. new collection releases, Advents), processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

Shipping Within Australia We ship via Australia Post. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Express options are available at checkout.

International Shipping We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
