Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and hand-dyed nature of my yarn, all sales are final. Each skein is individually dyed and unique, and as such we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour variation between dye lots, or personal preference.

Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sugarspunyarn@icloud.com with your order number and photos of the fault. We will assess each case individually and, where a fault is confirmed, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Colour Disclaimer

Please note that colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor settings and the nature of hand-dyed fibre. This is not considered a fault.
